Prior to setting up this boutique firm in 2003 with international alliances, Clare was a Partner with TMP Executive Search NZ and a Principal with Korn/Ferry International. She has over 20 years in Executive Search capability preceded by a business career in global corporate banking and finance (Barclays Bank PLC London and NZ, S C Johnson & Son and Air New Zealand.)
Clare holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and was an American Field Scholar.
She has a strong passion and commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and diversity in leadership. During 2011/12, Clare led the successful growth of the Catholic Caring Foundation in Auckland.
